If you want to do more than just play your notes the way a pianist would, then you might want to try the Sight-Sing app. This helps you learn how to sing the notes straight from the page, as soon as you have a starting note. You can find out more by visiting the website.

At the moment it is only available for iPad and Amazon Kindle Fire, but we’re working on an Android version.

There are also lots of good sight-reading books available, and with the Play-my-note app, you can check your notes and monitor your progress without needing to find a music teacher!
